Today, October 10, is World Mental Health Day.

Today we can talk about this topic.

Today we can tell people that they are not alone.

Today we can help even more than on other days because for once people are talking about this.

We have to end the stigma.

We have to talk about mental illnesses.

We have to help people struggling who don’t believe their problems are socially acceptable.

Every single one of us can do something. And it’s worth it. Because this stigma is making it impossible for some people to open up or to get help.

I hope you are okay today. And if you’re not or if you’re not okay tomorrow or in a week or in a year, remember that there is help out there.
